About a month ago a new credit card from Chase Bank was introduced, many sites were talking about the offers bonus and fees, yes at first it seemed very tempting because of such a high bonus (the first one I have ever seen this high) but at the same time we were concerned how much we needed to spend the first 3 months and the $450 annual fee.
Why paying the annual fee of $450 is worth applying for this credit card?
At first we were thinking if paying the annual fee of $450 was something we could include in our budget since we have to pay it the first month after applying for this credit card. One thing that we saw as a wonderful benefit was the TSA Pre and Priority Pass. Recently, we started to make plans to travel using points and miles right then we realized we needed certain benefits that are a plus to have like applying for the TSA Pre & Complimentary Airport Lounge Access. Luckily this credit card Chase Sapphire Reserve will give you a credit for the TSA Pre fee and you will receive 1 time enrollment to Priority Pass.
(Recently a few months back I went to Puerto Rico and seeing how empty and quick the TSA Pre line was right then I knew this was something we needed to apply for in the near future)
(with these 3 benefits alone it balances out the $450 annual fee)
Additional Benefit – 100,000 bonus points
In addition you receive 100,000 bonus points after you spend $4000 on purchases during the first 3 months since the account opens, this amount of points just to share what you can do with them is book round trip ticket for 4 people to Hawaii with Delta Airlines but booked with Korean air.

Conclusion
We realized this credit card is worth applying for once we weighted out the pros and cons, we felt it was something that will work for us which is good to apply for it right away.. Thinking about the 100k points we know it can help when considering future family trips since we can transfer our points to a good selection of airlines and hotel. In addition applying for TSA Pre and having our own Priority Pass is a plus. Before this credit card was available we had made some reservations for a recent cruise and our payment was due a few days ago, using this credit card to pay for the final payment we received a credit of $300 right away meaning we didn’t have to wait till the end of the cycle to see the credit in our statement. Overall I applied and was concerned since it didn’t say approved right away, so I called to speak with the reconsideration line and the lady who answered my call was able to help me and after answering a few questions I was approved.
I am amazed how our lives has change and how we have been able to book some travels just by applying to credit cards that offer some good sign up bonus and using those credit cards to pay for every day expenses. Since then our credit score has gone up in a big way and because of those changes I was able to get approved for this credit card…
