Saving, cutting down on expenses, couponing and other diy projects has helped us save and enjoy our time with our loved ones.  Around October 2014 our oldest son mentioned that he was considering joining the Army.  We let him know that he needs to make sure he feel this peace from God most of all and that he also feels this is his true passion and not just simply a job or something to do.

We went to Universities, Conferences, School College Night, College Counselor and his Guidance Counselor just to make sure he got all of the information before making a final decision.  Once we sat down with his recruiter our son let us know that was his final decision.  And that was the beginning of a family very much needed trip.

It was our middle point were my sister, mom and grandma would meet so we can spend our Christmas together in a cabin. It was such a exciting experience that I left with such a humbling warm felt connection to this city.  The people made us feel right at home (and it was funny as we were all leaving and having our last breakfast in Georgia we all shared the same feeling from this place).

Here are a few of the pictures we put together to share with you.

On our way to Georgia ( my sons, grandma and mom)

We went to Helen, Georgia

Stone Mountain Park, Georgia (more pictures to come)

Helen, Georgia Such a beautiful town – The people are extremely nice

We wanted to have a cabin, country experience on our Christmas 2014

We visited Stone Mountain in Georgia (is such a beautiful place) we played in the snow, watch Iced Age Christmas 4-D, and got in the sky ride.
